Current Stage (Appeal)
Following the consultation period on the Proposed Material Alterations and Environmental Determinations, the Chief Executive prepared a further report on all submissions or observations received during the prescribed period and submitted the report to the Elected Members for consideration.
Having considered the Proposed Material Alterations to the Draft Planning Scheme and the Chief Executive’s Report on submissions received, South Dublin County Council decided by resolution to make the Clonburris Strategic Development Zone Planning Scheme, together with a number of Material and Non-Material Alterations on Tuesday 19th June 2018.
The Planning Scheme and accompanying documents, as made by the Elected Members on 19th June 2018 are available to view below. Please note that the Alterations document should be read in conjunction with the Draft Planning Scheme documents (September 2017) to reflect the decision of the Planning Authority on Tuesday 19th June 2018 to make the scheme subject to modifications and amendments.
An Bord Planeala have advised South Dublin County Council that fifteen appeals have been lodged during the four week appeal period in relation to the Planning Scheme.
An Bord Pleanala has decided to hold an oral hearing in relation to Clonburris SDZ Planning Scheme and has notified South Dublin County Council that the Oral Hearing for Clonburris SDZ Planning Scheme will commence at 10 am on Tuesday 22 of January 2019.
The Oral Hearing will be held at the Offices of An Bord Pleanála, 64 Marlborough Street, Dublin 1.
An Bord Pleanála have provided South Dublin County Council with a copy of the material received from relevant persons in relation to this appeal. South Dublin County Council has made this material available for inspection at, County Hall, Tallaght Dublin 24. The material will be available until the hearing has ended.
An Bord Pleanála has advised that the following persons may speak/make Submissions at the Oral Hearing:
1) Parties and other persons who have made submissions in relation to the appeal, referral or application and/ or other persons representing them; and
2) Persons other than above, who attend on the day of the commencement of the Oral Hearing (10 am on Tuesday 22 of January 2019) and the Inspector considers their submission appropriate in the interests of justice and subject to payment of fee of €50.
