Stage 1 - Pre Draft
To inform the preparation of the Draft SDZ Planning Scheme, the Council undertook non-statutory pre-draft public consultation in March / April 2016. A Chief Executive’s Report was prepared summarising the issues raised.
Stage 2 - Current Stage
South Dublin Council has prepared a Draft Planning Scheme for the SDZ lands. Public consultation on the Draft Planning Scheme is taking place between 22nd September and 3rd November 2017.
Stage 3 - Future Stages
Once the public consultation period ends in November 2017, a Chief Executives Report will be prepared in December 2017. The report will summarise the issues raised. All submissions will be read, analysed and summarised.
